In 2004, IHFM (Pty) Ltd was established to be a property management company and property managing agent of residential and commercial sectional title property. From the beginning, we focused on property management of high-quality residential and commercial real estate for owner-occupiers and investors alike.
Providing all services surrounding property from one service provider is our main objective.
The company is headed by Managing Director Mr Gerhard A. Burkhardt. Locally, operations are managed by General Manager Mr Michael Bauer.
